1. Begin manicure or pedicure with the Green nail file roller. Turn on the appliance and use light preassure to shape tips of nails to desired shape and length. Then, turn off. 2. If calluses are present, attach the gray callus remover to roller. 3. Gently place callus remover rolle ron thick areas of dead skin, rolling outwards towards healthy skin and back until callus is improved. 4. Wash and dry your nails. 5. Attach blue smooth roller. Turn on the appliance and places smooth roller onto nail with very light pressure to smooth bumps and ridges on the nail. Repeat on each nail. Do not exceed 2 secons per nail. 6. Wipe off any debris on nails. 7. Remove the blue smooth roller and replace with the White shine roller. 8. Use the White shine roller to buff and polish to reveal a natural, glossy shine. Do not exceed 2 secons per nail. 9. Place protective cap on the appliance when not in use. 10. If desired, nail polish can be applied to the nails after use. 11. For best results , replace the rollers heads regulary.
